Martyn is Head of Food for Tortilla, makers of Californian Burrito’s and Tacos with 36 restaurants across the country. Martyn is responsible for ensuring the stores have everything they need from ingredients to equipment, to produce the very best Cali-Mexican Cuisine, as well as developing new and exciting menu items and seasonal salsa’s. He is married, has two sons and lives in Harrogate.
