  • CEDA

    A lot can happen in a year and we are very proud to be joining Commercial Kitchen Show in 2017 as lead Partner again following our support for its very successful launch last June. For CEDA this is an opportunity to bring together all our Members from across the UK to focus on Association business, and to see the latest innovations and ideas from national and international catering equipment manufacturers and service providers, many of whom are our Partners and Associates. This is also a very special second year for CEDA at Commercial Kitchen as we use the show as a springboard to launch CEDA’s new brand identity to the wider foodservice industry and the media. We are delighted again to also have the CEDA Awards Gallery putting the spotlight on the incredible work that our Members delivered to operators in the UK and overseas in 2016. Of particular note in this year’s CEDA Grand Prix Awards Finalists gallery is our Overall Winner Court Catering Equipment and the dedication and skill they embodied in the delivery of Le Cordon Bleu’s European headquarters in Paris, and also the brand new award for Project Management that was won by C&C Catering Equipment for brilliant co-ordination and direction of a complex project for UBS’s new offices in Bishopgate, London.

  • Hospital Caterers Association (HCA)

    The Hospital Catering Association (HCA) is the national trade body of hospital caterers and represents members from across all of the United Kingdom. There are over 300 million meals served every year and around £500 million spent on food annually by around 300 Trust’s across approximately 1200 hospitals.

    Catering staff are determined to continue raise the standard of hospital catering using a variety of food styles and services. Above all, we aim to use; Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment to enhance the patient’s recovery. Working in partnership with suppliers and fellow associations will help as we join up our approach in promoting the “Last 9 Yards”, which focusses the requirement of an exemplary standard of food service to our patients.
