• Innovation Challenge 2016

The Innovation Challenge Gallery showcased the most innovative product and technology launches in the market over the last 12 months.

The top products with the most buyer votes at the end of day one were invited to pitch their products to a panel of industry judges (Peter Farrell, sales director at C&C Catering Equipment; Philip Shelley, national chairman of The Hospital Caterers Association; and Andrew Seymour, editorial director of Foodservice Equipment Journal), who then presented the 2016 Innovation Challenge Awards.

At long last a trade show where the right companies are exhibiting and the right people are attending – really great! Very pleased when our simple yet essential Microsave Cavity Protection System for commercial microwave ovens were presented with a Bronze award when it was up against such strong competition of massive innovated catering equipment!

What a great show!  Frontline International was thrilled to participate in both Commercial Kitchen 2016 and the Innovation Challenge, an exciting contest among stiff competition (with great judges).  We are so proud of winning the Bronze award, recognising the innovative nature of our waste oil management systems.  This show truly illustrates how hard everyone is working to make our industry better.
