We are thrilled to be a silver winner at the Commercial Kitchen Innovation Challenge.  It’s an honour to be selected – especially as we are a partly hardware/partly software company – at a dedicated hardware show.  It’s been a great experience to take part in this show.  Thanks to its highly specialised audience, we got a very high lead-visitor ratio, so we return home with a lot of follow-up work to do.

We are delighted the new generation SelfCookingCenter® XS model has been awarded a GOLD WINNER for the Innovation Awards, at this year’s Commercial Kitchen show.  Here at RATIONAL we love a challenge.  After intensive research by our physicists, engineers and chefs, we succeeded in reducing the size of the SelfCookingCenter® without making any compromises. This new innovative combi oven means there is space for it in every kitchen, and its installation solutions also make it suitable for front-cooking areas and as a station unit.
